1 - BOOKINGS
All bookings are made through K U Travel & Tours
2 - PAYMENT
Full tour price must be paid within 15 days prior to arrival of the customer or as agreed upon prior to booking. Payment should be made in US Dollars, into the account specified in the Payment Method.
3 - CANCELLATION
In case of cancellation, fees will be charged according to the day written cancellation is received at the K U Travel & Tours as follows:
- less than 15 days prior to arrival date : No charge ( FIT Booking)
- Less than 15 Days prior to arrival date:Â 1st night hotel charge ( For Group booking from 15 pax up)
- Less than 15 days prior to arrival date : 50% of total room charge (for 5* hotel only)
- Less than 4 days prior to arrival: 1st night hotel charge for both FIT
- No show: 50% charge of total tour cost for FIT and 100% for GIT
4 - RESPONSIBILITY
K U Travel & Tours is not responsible for any loss, injury or damages sustained by the passengers. Additional expenses incurred due to delays, accidents, political actions or other irregularities arising bey9nd control be borne by passengers.
5 - PAYMENT METHOD
There are 2 way to make payment either by bank remittance or via Western Union Service.
