Phnom Penh

Phnom Penh is the capital was established in 1434 by King Ponhe Yat. Situated at the confluence of the Mekong, Bassac and Tonle Sap Rivers , a location known in Cambodia as Chaktomuk or four faces. Covering an area of 290 square kilometers, Phnom Penh is the major political, economic, cultural, communication and tourism center of both domestic and international services.

The Royal Palace

Built in 1866 by King Norodom on the banks of the Mekong River . The Royal Palace still functions as the official residence of His Majesty Preah Bat Samdech Preah Norodom Sihanouk, King of Cambodia and Her Majesty Preah Reach Akkak Mohesy Norodom Mnineath Sihanouk, Queen.
The Royal Palace contains some spectacular buildings. Not least of which is the Throne Hall, situated to the left of the main entrance. It boasts a 59-meters.

The tower roof is beautiful, having been decoratively tiered with golden colored tiles. This building is used for high official celebrations, coronations and audiences with foreign dignitaries and government officials.

Angkor Wat

Angkor Wat is the largest temple in the world. It's covered an area of 200 hectares, and it was built by king Suriya varman II between the 9th and 14th centuries, when Khmer civilization was at the height of its extraordinary creativity. On the four sides of the wall, there are the bas relief tells the stories of Hindu and also 1,600 different sculptures of celestial dancers "Apsara" on the wall of this temple.

Angkor Thom

The fortified city of Angkor Thom, some sq km in extent, was built by Angkor's greatest king, Jayavarman VII (ruled 1181-1201), and dedicated to Buddhism. Angkor Thom located the north of Angkor Wat, enclosed by a square wall 8m high and 12km in length and encircled by a moat 100m wide, said to have been inhabited by fierce crocodiles.

Sihanoukville or Kampong Som

Sihanoukville (also Known as Kompong Som)is Cambodia 's only maritime port. Its chief attractions are the four beaches that ring the headland. None of them rival Thailand 's finest, but during weekdays you quite often have the beach to yourself. It isn't the world's most sophisticated resort, but if you feel the need to escape the searing heat of Cambodia 's dry season, this makes a pleasant retreat all the same. It is popular during festivals and remains dry and hot from December to July.

In Sihanoukville there are six main tourist sites consisting four beaches, one island and one natural and cultural resort.

Ochheuteal Beach : Locates at Sangkat No 3, Sihanouk ville.

The beach has the most beautiful characteristics-large beautiful sand beach, shallow water and quiet sea. We found the beach has specific either geographical aspect or the arrangement. Most of tourists who visit here are foreign tourists. They usually stay at Crystal Hotel and Seaside Hotel.

Kampot – Kep

The somnolent riverside town of Kampot is beginning to attract more visitors. It is a charming place with some lovely examples of French architecture and a relaxed atmosphere. Security concerns that have kept travelers away from Kampot province in the past are no longer a problem and the town is a good base from which to explore the nearby crumbling beach resort of Kep and abandoned hill station of Bokor, part of Bokor National Park.

KEP CITY : The background of Kep City : Kep is the seaside tourist city locating at Southwest of Phnom Penh; the city can be accessible by National Road No3 from Phnom Penh via Kampot province in 173km distance or by the National Road No 2 from Phnom Penh via Takeo. It also can be accessible by rail from Phnom Penh to stop at Dam Nak Cham Eu station. Then continue more 7km by a road to Kep city.

Ratanakiri

Ban Lung is the provincial capital of Ratanakiri province and the best base from which explore the natural attractions of the area. The name Ban Lung actually refers to the district, while the town is known as Labansiek. However, everyone calls the place Ban Lung. The town isn't that interesting, but the locals are extremely friendly and help make a visit a lively time. You can also ask around town about the arranging an lephant ride in one of the surrounding villages. Beung Yeak Loam Resort: Is the natural lake, which locates at the middle of mountain in Yeak Loam Commune, Ban Lung district from the Ban Lung town. The lake has square shape, approximate 800m diameter and 48m depth during the dry season, and occurs by volcano for centuries. The lake has clear water as the sea suitable for swimming, and there are tow harbors protruded to the above of the water for tourists to view the scenary and birds that are swimming along the stretch of the forest surrounding the lake. information to tourists, and also for displaying souvenirs and handicrafts made by ethnic minorities.
